Participation in the conferences is by invitation from the hosting institutions, both established U.S. investment banks with broad equity research and distribution platforms. The invitations follow CTW's listing on Nasdaq in August 2025 and the opening of the Company's first North American office at One World Trade Center in New York City in February 2026, reflecting CTW's continued investment in its U.S. capital markets presence.

 

The conferences will provide management with an opportunity to engage directly with institutional investors, research analysts and other market participants regarding the Company's long-term growth strategy, differentiated business model, operating execution and financial performance.
